KINGSTON, JAMAICA – December 23, 2011 – The 18^th Annual Pepsi Rebel Salute has returned and will feature a superstar line-up, including Stephen Marley, Johnny Obsourne, Maxi Priest, Gramps Morgan, Queen Ifrica, Tarrus Riley, Luciano and Tony Rebel, the festival organizer.
